Aperitif cocktail composed of sparkling wine without alcohol, a bitter and carbonated water. Cocktail to be made directly in a balloon glass.

Cocktail preparation
- 1/3 Add all the ingredients into a balloon glass with ice
- 2/3 Mix well, once diluted, add more ice
- 3/3 Garnish & serve
