Cocktail preparation
- 1/8 Core the pumpkin and keep the flesh
- 2/8 Blend the flesh with pressed orange juice to make the puree
- 3/8 Pour the ingredients except the champagne into a shaker
- 4/8 Fill the shaker with ice and contain it with a strainer
- 5/8 Mix using the throwing technique 5 times
- 6/8 Pour into emptied pumpkin with crushed ice
- 7/8 Complete with champagne
- 8/8 Serve
