Cocktail preparation
- 1/7 Crush the cherries in the shaker using a pestle
- 2/7 Pour the ingredients into the shaker except the champagne
- 3/7 Fill the shaker to 2/3 with ice cubes
- 4/7 Shake vigorously for 7 to 10 seconds
- 5/7 Strain into a glass without ice but previously chilled
- 6/7 Complete with champagne
- 7/7 Serve
