Rules
- Create a cocktail linked to a hobby, sport, or passion outside the bar, whatever makes their life balanced.
- Liqueurs Matters : Giffard liqueurs have to represent at least 30ml in the cocktail.

Originally, the Giffard West Cup was a local competition born in 1997 on the West Coast of France. The spirit of the competition is based on family and conviviality. Since then, the competition has expanded internationally.
Participants in the competition must be over 18 years of age and in the legal drinking age in their country. The GIFFARD WEST CUP 2024 competition is only open to professional bartender in a hotel, a restaurant or a bar.
The competition takes place in several stages: from March to June, registration in the selected countries. Then the national finals, and finally the International Final in September in Angers, France.
This year, the countries selected are France, Germany, Southern Europe (Spain, Greece, Portugal), Northern Europe (UK, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark), Eastern Europe (Croatia, Czech Republic), the United States, Canada, Japan, Middle East Africa (Ghana, Lebanon, Morocco, UAE), Asia (Taiwan, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Philippines, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Korea)
The winning prize of the selection is the participation to the final in Angers.
And the winning prize of the final is flight ticket + hotel to discover an another cocktail culture
The rating scale will be divided for each contest between Technique, Expression of Giffard - liqueur matters, Link with the thematic - "The Art of Balance", Charisma, Appearance of cocktail, Taste / Aroma / Flavor
